WHO WE ARE
I’m Dan Bentolila, a French-Israeli real-estate professional with experience across Europe and the U.S. After seeing overseas buyers struggle with Israel’s language gap and legal maze, I founded HŌM to give them a safe, transparent path. We unite lawyers, mortgage strategists, civil engineers and vetted developers under one banner so you can buy with confidence.
HŌM secured our Herzliya penthouse remotely, flagged a plumbing fault before walls closed, and had our loan approved in five days. We only flew in to pick up the keys.
